Attentive to others’ needs and always available, she manages activities with attention to detail and aesthetics. She enjoys working in a team and supports the group with efficiency and respect for others’ opinions.

She graduated with full marks in “Psychology” from the University of Pavia, and moved by an interest in organizations, she decided to undertake her annual post-graduate internship at I&G, where she fell in love with the world of managerial training and the development of emotional skills.

After starting her collaboration with I&G Management in 2020, she understood how essential it is to work in a serene and motivating environment and decided to continue her experience with the team, becoming an important resource for the organization.
