20 years as a manager in the commercial sector made him understand his passion for people and relationships and the desire to devote himself full-time to the expression of human potential.

He trained as a Professional Body Mediation Counselor, Strategic Problem Solver, and Emotional Behavioral Coach.

He is also one of the few professionals in the world – the first in Italy – to have certified as an Emotional Intelligence Coach directly with Daniel Goleman.
