Devoted to study, she undertook a PhD and published in renowned international psychological scientific journals before deciding to leave the academic world.

Her determination and relational skills led her to be a key player in the commercial world where she cultivated her interest in people.

She embarked on a coaching profession, specializing at the Centro di Terapia Strategica in Arezzo with a Master’s in Communication and Strategic Problem Solving.

Since 2000, she has been dedicated to coaching, behavioral training, and being a mom.

She has been supporting the organization since 2002.
